Holiday Lets and Landlord Rental properties
We complete and issue Landlord/Homeowner Safety Certificates for all rental properties and holiday lets, whether private or via a letting agent. These are required on an annual basis to comply with current gas safety laws and insurance requirements.
Pre-purchase Safety Inspections
We offer a Pre-purchase Inspection Check for prospective buyers/sellers which will ensure the boiler is operating correctly and safely and will note any potential immediate work required to update any appliance or part of the central heating system and/or domestic hot water system to comply with current regulations and standards (which could potentially affect the sale).
