Installation & Maintenance Services
(boilers and central heating)
Our comprehensive heating services include the removal of existing inefficient central heating and the designing and installation of new highly efficient systems. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the very best service with as little disruption as possible.
Where necessary, we can replace faulty circulation pumps, motorised valves and radiators or controls.
System Filtering
We recommend a primary system filter is in place on your central heating pipe work to protect your boiler and central heating system from potential foreign object damage. If your system fluid is found to be “sludged up”, we will recommend installing a primary system filter such as Adey Magnaclean (if one is not already in place) and carrying out a full clean via the Magnacleanse system where appropriate – other options are available according to your system parameters.
This cleans through existing central heating pipes, radiators and boilers, thus removing sludge, unclean water and dirt deposits, which are responsible for a high percentage of boiler and central heating breakdowns.
The system is then replenished with clean water and specific inhibitors are added. These are designed to prevent the future build-up of sludge, dirt deposits and limescale. This process both protects and extends the life of your central heating system and boiler.
All newly installed boilers are fitted with a primary system filter as standard and a system cleanse is carried out where required to protect your new boiler.
